Vedanta employees from multiple teams have been assisting in the process of rehabilitation of the affected. They have been contributing through various means towards efforts at returning normalcy to the state. They have till date distributed over ten tons of relief materials to the state of Kerala. After understanding the needs of those affected by the floods, Vedanta volunteers accumulated basic necessities like groceries, clothing, sanitary products for men and women, basic medicines and drinking water from in and around Thoothukudi. Employees packaged the products into easily distributable relief kits.
